Study groups are small groups of people who are informally meeting to study Spiritism together. Study groups sometimes meet at a member's home or at a community center until they have enough members and are able arrange for a dedicated space.
Although they are generally the first step toward the creation of more structured Spiritist Society, some study groups intentionally remain small.
